This notice sets out the information required by Spanish information society services law, together with the terms of use of selebralo.com.
Identifying details pending: Selebralo is at a stage prior to being incorporated as a company, so we cannot yet publish a company name, tax number or registered address. The project is run by an individual and the contact channel is info@selebralo.com. We will complete this section as soon as incorporation is finished.
What Selebralo is
Selebralo is a meeting point between whoever is organising an event and whoever provides the service: venues, churches and coach companies. We publish the details of each space, let you search and compare them, and pass your visit, quote or booking requests on to the provider.
Selebralo acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the contract you agree with the provider. The service on the day of your event is provided by the venue or the transport company, which sets its own prices and terms, invoices you, and answers for its performance.
Terms of use
You must be of legal age to use the site and provide truthful information. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account and for keeping your password safe.
You may not use the platform to send unsolicited advertising, impersonate another person or business, publish third-party content without permission, or extract information by automated means. We may suspend an account that breaches this.
Providers are responsible for the information they publish being accurate and up to date, including photos, capacities and prices.
Prices and listing information
Displayed prices are indicative and supplied by each provider. Unless stated otherwise they are per guest, so the total depends on the final headcount and on what you agree. The definitive price is always the one the provider confirms in writing.
Churches appear for information only: they are neither booked nor paid for through Selebralo, and any donation is agreed directly with the parish.
Intellectual property
The design, texts and software of the site belong to Selebralo. Photographs of each space belong to their provider, who authorises publication on signing up. Church images come from Wikimedia Commons under open licences and their authorship is detailed on the photo credits page.
Site content may not be reproduced or reused without authorisation, beyond what the law or the specific licence of each image allows.
Liability
We take care that the information is correct, but we cannot guarantee it is always free of errors, nor that the site will be available without interruption.
We are not liable for providers' performance nor for the agreements you reach with them. If you have a problem with one, write to us and we will do what we can to mediate.
The site may link to third-party pages over which we have no control or responsibility.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and where the law allows, the parties submit to the courts of the user's place of residence where the user is a consumer.
