No. Searching, comparing, and requesting a booking or a visit is free. Selebralo doesn't add any commission on top of the provider's price.

Payment for venues always goes directly to the provider, never through the website. Typically you pay a deposit after the visit or once the booking is accepted, and the remaining amount before the event. Selebralo never handles or holds any venue payment.

Bus payments go through Selebralo. You find your preferred bus provider and request a quote through the form we provide. Once the bus company replies and you reach an agreement, you can pay through the Selebralo platform itself to secure the booking.

Yes. On each venue's page you can request a visit by choosing from the available time slots; the provider confirms the slot and, if needed, leaves you access or parking instructions when accepting.

Every venue has a calendar showing the provider's real availability. Blocked or already-booked dates appear disabled, so you can only request a booking on dates that are genuinely free.

Every request stays "pending" until the provider confirms or declines it. If you haven't heard back within 48 hours, the Selebralo team will reach out to the venue to get you an answer as quickly as possible. We email you as soon as they respond; if it's declined, the date is freed up so you can look for another option with no commitment.

Yes, you can cancel your request or booking from My bookings. Cancellation terms are set by each provider, and any refund is handled by the provider directly, for both venues and buses. For any change or question, contact the provider directly.

Sign up as a provider, easily create your listing by filling out the form, and once you publish it and it's approved it appears in search. You can manage requests and bookings from your provider dashboard.

Start by setting a rough date and deciding on the city. Then book the ceremony venue (church or civil site) and the reception venue first, since those get booked up earliest; once those are set you can move on to transport, catering, and the rest of your vendors. On Selebralo you can search churches, venues, and buses by date from the same search.

Yes. Choose "Corporate event" when you land on the site and you'll see the services built for it: city spaces with meeting rooms and auditoriums, venues that host corporate events, caterers and coaches. From each space's page you can request a quote with the date, attendee count and type of event, and the space replies by email.
